Everything in New York seems to be going ok maybe Spider-Man can finally relax. Peter Parker is always late for collage because Spider-Man is taking care of petty crimes. Peter has a report to write on Doctor Octaves who is trying to create an energy source that provides for the whole city but never runs out. While handling the materials to make the energy source he has to wear this thing that has 3 long tentacles with claws on the end. Doctor Octaves gets electrocuted and the tentacles are able to give him ideas and they tell him to continue his experiment witch almost destroyed a lot of the city.
